Selection or reservation of a planned Quant Trading Suite represents a request for membership access and does not convey ownership, tenancy, a condominium interest, a fractional real-estate interest, equity in LPS or any other real-property interest. Final membership rights and obligations are governed by the applicable executed LPS Membership Agreement.
